MONSOON SUNSETTING
We know this is a big change. That’s why we are here to get you prepared for the transition to CurbView.
THE MONSOON TAX SYSTEM WILL BE SUNSET IN DECEMBER 2026
In December 2026, the Monsoon Tax System will be phased out. However, our other in-house platform, CurbView, will be replacing Monsoon. CurbView is very similar to Monsoon combining public record data with MLS data. Before the change happens we need your help! We are challenging you to provide us feedback to make any necessary changes in CurbView prior to the switch in December.
WHAT IS CURBVIEW?
CurbView is the next generation of public records and tax software developed by ARMLS. CurbView combines public records information from the county assessor, recorder, and treasurer, along with MLS data, and puts it into a stronger more modern interface to build and grown on.
