It might be hard to distinguish between a Listing Collection and a Saved Search but knowing the difference can help you get the most out of Flexmls.
Listing Collection: Saves individual listings. This allows you to collect a set of properties to show to your client.
Saved Search: Saves the criteria for a search, meaning that the search results could change from day to day depending on status.
Creating a Listing Collection
Select the properties you want to add to your collection by clicking the checkbox on the left when viewing the listings.
After selecting the listings for your Collection, click the Save button on the top right corner of your screen and select Save Selected As to continue.
To find your new Listing Collection, click on Search, then select Listing Collections.
At any time you can add to the Collection, rename it or remove it entirely.
A benefit of creating Listing Collections is the properties you save will always remain in your Collection regardless of status. You may email the Collection to your client or print it out for a home tour.
