Finding the schools associated with your property can sometimes be a daunting task. It might be tempting to just copy the schools from an old listing, but schools zones can change from year to year with redistricting and this can lead to an incorrect school on a listing.
Follow these steps to get the correct schools associated with your listing.
Identify School Districts within Monsoon
Search your property address in Monsoon using the Quick Search bar at the top of the page.
This will pull up your tax record where you can find your school districts under the area information section.
Find the Actual Schools
This is where things can get a little time consuming. Use a search engine (i.e. Google) to find your school district website. On the website, look for the best resource to help you identify the school that a child living in your listing would attend. More often than not, this will be some kind of boundary map.
Remember all the school district websites will be a little different. Some might offer a search option to find specifically what you are looking for. Nearly all of the websites should include a phone number to assist if you need help.
Now that you have identified both the schools and school districts, you will be able to complete your listing accurately.
