If the expiration date for your listing keeps creeping closer and closer you may need to extend it. Before you change anything, discuss it with your seller and get their sign off on the extension. Also, be sure to talk to your broker about the documentation needed when extending a listing. Once you are ready to do so in the system, follow these steps.
Extending a Listing
From the Add/Change option in Flexmls, click Change and select your listing. Then click Extend or Expire Listing and update the date for this listing.
