Does the main photo on a listing have to be an image of the front exterior of the property? The answer is no!
There aren’t any ARMLS rules or regulations that say the main picture on your listing needs to be the front exterior. Have a listing with an awesome kitchen? Lead with that or any photo of the listing that has the most “wow” factor.
However, it is a requirement that you include at least one picture of the front exterior of the dwelling in your listing, and that one image of the front exterior photo remains attached to the listing after it closes.
