Data feeds from ARMLS can be categorized into two main areas: broker feeds and vendors feeds. Each have a special use, associated policies and agreements. Data is available via Web API to those who are entitled to a feed. If you are an agent looking for an IDX product, see our products page.
BROKER FEEDS
Participants, meaning broker-owners or brokerage principals, are entitled to a data feed of their listings. Brokers may also obtain an IDX, VOW or back-office feed for use in a transaction, IDX, AVM or other broker use app/website/product. All feeds obtained must be for brokerage use under broker control. You will be asked to create an account to submit an application. The application must be completed by an ARMLS subscriber. Vendors may not initiate an application.
VENDOR / THIRD PARTY FEEDS
Vendors create products that are used by ARMLS subscribers which contain ARMLS data. A list of vendors can be found in our third party / IDX products section of our products page. Feed pricing is dependent on the data-set requested.
DATA FEED POLICIES AND SUPPORT
The PDF packages and policies are aimed at helping you get started. The Content Access Policy applies to all feeds. IDX feeds are also subject to the IDX policy.
