When looking for residential property, you can include any of these zoning options by adding these fields to your search.
Add’l Property Use – This gives you the option to search for properties with additional uses, such as:
This field does not guarantee that the property is zoned for these additional uses but has the potential to be used as such.
Public Remarks – This field allows you to type in any keyword(s) to search for listings. Using a comma in between each word will make sure you’re finding all of the available listings that are similar (ex: zone, zoned, zoning).
