The ARMLS® service area includes the combined jurisdictions of Phoenix Association of REALTORS® (PAR), SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS® (SEVRAR), Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) and West Maricopa Association of REALTORS® (WeMAR) and and a client board, Western Pinal Association of REALTORS® (WPAR). The service area may encompass natural market areas outside the Association jurisdictions as defined by the ARMLS Board of Directors.
ARMLS, as a regional MLS, accepts listings from all over the state, and out of state as well. Many of the cities and towns below are considered part of the Valley of the Sun and fall geographically into those effective service areas. Others across the state are feeder markets to metro Phoenix and are origination cities for many buyer relocations to Phoenix.
