ActiveKEYs are a Real Estate Agent’s (literal) ticket in the door. But like any other electronic, they sometimes need a reboot when things go awry. According to our Helpdesk, approximately 90% of ActiveKEY issues can be corrected with the reset function. Some of the most common issue include:

  • “B3 Error Code”
  • “Searching”
  • Failing to auto update
  • General glitchy-ness

The good news is this is an easy fix you can do yourself. Grab a paperclip and Macgyver your way to a working ActiveKEY.

  1. Unfold a paper clip
  2. Gently push it into the reset hole in the bottom right hand corner
  3. Hold for 5-10 seconds
  4. Remove

That’s it! Your ActiveKEY has been reset and should function properly. If it’s still malfunctioning, call our Helpdesk at 480-921-7777.
