Did you know you can use the Quick Launch to do a radius search? The Quick Launch bar is a convenient tool located at the top of most Flexmls pages that allows subscribers to conduct searches without visiting the Quick Search screen.
To conduct a radius search in the Quick Launch, type Near followed by the MLS number, address or ZIP code. This will start a radius search that extends two miles from the selected listing, address or ZIP code area.
If you want to set a different radius other than the two-mile preset, type in your chosen number of miles in the Quick Launch. Then, type From and the MLS number, address or ZIP code you want to draw your radius around. Finally, click the property type you want to search for and the results will appear.
