How to Cancel a Listing

In the listing process, there may be a reason you have to cancel a listing contract with your client. If this happens, you’ll need to cancel the listing in Flexmls as well. Luckily, cancelling a listing works similar to most of our other status changes.

Cancelling a Listing

First, find your listing by clicking on the Change Listing option in the menu.

Once you have selected the listing you need to cancel, click the Cancel Listing (Final) option at the bottom left hand side of the page.

 

Finally, enter today’s date and click Next.

*You can only enter the current date you cannot cancel a listing ahead of time.
