Keeping an eye out on a specific area? In Flexmls you can set up Agent Only subscription emails to come directly to you. The process is basically the same as setting one up for your client with just a small change.
1. Create a search containing the criteria you want to track i.e. area, size, price.
2. Save the search and add a subscription, just like you would do for a client.
3. Once on the subscription page make sure to ONLY select You(sender) in the notification options. This will ensure it only goes out to you.
4. Add the frequency you want to get the subscription, then hit Save at the bottom.
Now you will get a subscription email that looks like this letting you know it is agent only.
You can control your Agent Only subscriptions right from the subscription page found in your menu.
